Today, the family-owned business has expanded its convenience store chain to 14 Convenience store locations, 3 car washes, and 4 Restaurants serving customers throughout Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware.

Driven by a passion for entrepreneurship and innovation, brothers Kunal and Lakshya launched Pooja Energy in 2020 to strengthen the family’s presence in the fuel distribution sector. Pooja Energy proudly acquired Frederick Northup, a trusted Virginia fuel supplier with over a century of history. Under the Pooja Group umbrella, the company continues to provide reliable fuel services while honoring its long-standing commitment to quality and community.
